Fresh Florals

Fresh floral orders are available for local delivery only. Pickup and shipping are not available.

A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for fresh floral orders. Earlier ordering is recommended for the best floral availability.

Local delivery is available within approximately 15 miles of our studio area:

Up to 5 miles — $20
5–10 miles — $30
10–15 miles — $45

Delivery requests outside the standard service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis through our inquiry form.

Available delivery dates and time windows are selected during checkout. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on route, traffic, weather, and order volume.

Wedding and event delivery, setup, installation, and breakdown are quoted separately and are not included in standard local floral delivery rates.

Faux & Sola Wood Florals

Faux and sola wood floral designs are handmade to order and require a minimum processing time of 8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Processing time begins once the order is confirmed and does not include shipping transit time.

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after processing.

Current standard shipping rates:

Small Item — $18
Medium Item — $35
Large Item — $75

Oversized or unusually large floral pieces may require a separate shipping quote or alternate delivery

arrangement.

Shipping timelines are estimates and carrier delays are outside the control of Plum Theory Florals.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our floral designs are made to order, custom, or perishable, returns and exchanges are limited.

Fresh Florals
Fresh flowers are perishable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Natural variations in flower color, size, shape, and bloom stage are expected. Exact flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability, but the overall color palette and design style will be preserved whenever substitutions are necessary.

If there is an issue with your fresh floral order upon delivery, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Faux & Sola Wood Florals
Faux and sola wood floral designs are handmade to order and are not eligible for return or exchange due to preference, minor handmade variation, or comparable material substitutions.

We offer a complimentary photo preview of your order before shipping so you can review the completed design before it is sent.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
