Products & Design

Plum Theory Florals offers fresh, faux, and sola wood floral designs for weddings, events, gifts, and special occasions. Because many items are handmade or created using seasonal or supplier-dependent materials, slight variations may occur.Fresh flower varieties may vary based on seasonality and availability. Faux floral materials may also vary slightly based on supplier availability. When substitutions are necessary, comparable materials will be selected to preserve the overall color palette, style, size, and visual feel of the design.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the website are subject to change. Applicable taxes, shipping, and delivery fees are calculated separately where applicable. Orders placed through the online store must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated. Custom wedding and event services may follow separate proposal, retainer, and payment terms outlined in the client agreement.

Custom & Wedding Orders

Wedding and custom floral services may require an inquiry, consultation, estimate, and separate agreement before the event date is reserved. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Your order or event date is confirmed only after the applicable agreement has been accepted and required payment or booking retainer has been received.

Processing & Fulfillment

Processing times vary by floral type and product. Please review the applicable product description and Shipping & Delivery policy before ordering.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to custom or event orders are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Cancellation terms for wedding and event bookings are governed by the individual client agreement. Online product-order cancellation terms should follow the Returns & Exchanges policy.
